You will support end-to-end human resource operations across client accounts and internal staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records,
- Ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collate payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and allowances to support payroll processing, while addressing employee payroll and benefits queries.
- Maintain close liaison with client representatives and site supervisors to ensure workforce compliance with client requirements
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to labour laws and outsourcing regulations.
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
