Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales and support roles.
- Develop job descriptions and candidate profiles in collaboration with department managers.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and selection procedures.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation, bonuses, and commissions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in payroll and benefits matters.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal requirements and company strategy.
- Ensure business-wide compliance with employment laws, health & safety regulations, and data protection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in an HR role (experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information professionally.
