Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Enhance employee relations and workplace engagement.
- Ensure accurate payroll, pensions, and benefits administration.
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Provide HR advisory support on performance, discipline, and employment matters.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and welfare.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Manage confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support consultancy services, including client engagement and training program design.
- Participate in HR strategy meetings and client interactions.
- Handle general HR operations and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role.
- Proven experience in HR outsourcing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
