Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned clients
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and HR administration
- Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws
- Support performance management and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience
- Experience managing HR operations and processes
- Ability to build and implement HR systems and structures
- Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using an HRIS tool is an added advantage
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000 monthly
