The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support the HR Manager in addressing employee grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering strong employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews and support managers in setting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for employees.
- Track employee performance data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related queries confidentially and professionally.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Odoo, and HR software.
