HR Consultant
Job summary
We are seeking an HR Consultant/Team Lead to deliver HR consulting services to clients while also overseeing and strengthening our internal HR and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
HR Consulting (Client-Facing):
- Provide HR advisory and consulting services to assigned clients
- Support HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for clients
- Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and frameworks
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Advise clients on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Conduct HR audits and prepare professional HR reports
In-House HR & Operations:
- Manage internal HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and staff welfare
- Support internal performance management, training, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal administrative and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Support management with operational planning, reporting, and process improvement
- Maintain proper documentation and internal systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR consulting, HR operations, or generalist HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing both client-facing responsibilities and internal operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
