Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering & Leadership:
- Act as a primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, providing end-to-end HR advisory services.
- Lead the execution of HR strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate business needs into practical HR solutions across multiple client accounts.
- Proactively identify HR risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Talent & Workforce Management:
- Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities for clients.
- Support and guide performance management cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Advise clients on employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Review, implement, and improve HR frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for both internal and client use.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead HR meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients confidently.
- Provide clear HR insights, reports, and recommendations to management and clients.
Team & Process Oversight:
- Supervise and guide junior HR staff or interns where applicable.
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Continuously improve internal HR processes and consulting delivery standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives independently, not just support execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think commercially and align HR actions with business outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
