Job summary
The HR Business Developer will be responsible for driving the company's recruitment and HR services business by identifying prospective corporate clients, generating recruitment leads, securing recruitment contracts, and developing long-term relationships with organizations that require talent acquisition and workforce solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified recruitment leads.
- Identify companies with current or anticipated staffing/recruitment needs.
- Secure meetings with HR Managers, CEOs, Operations Managers, and other hiring decision-makers.
- Develop and present compelling recruitment proposals.
- Convert prospects into paying recruitment clients.
- Negotiate recruitment contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate client portfolio.
- Generate repeat recruitment assignments from existing clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Monitor market trends and identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client assignments.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
