HR Associate
Job summary
The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily HR operations of the organization, ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and engagement processes.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and provision of work tools.
Employee Records & HR Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee data on the HRIS
- Draft HR documents and memos when required
Performance & Employee Engagement:
- Track and support performance appraisal processes and reviews
- Coordinate and plan employee engagement initiatives
Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Collate and verify monthly payroll inputs like attendance, deductions, increments and bonuses.
- Update staff benefits records and handle staff-related issues and inquiries
Policy & Compliance Support:
- Ensure Company HR policies are implemented and followed in line with Nigerian Labor Laws.
- Assist with compliance filings such as PAYE and other statutory updates.
Requirements:
- First degreeĀ
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR or Administrative Role.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and HRIS tools.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- CIPM Membership or other recognized HR Trainings/ Certifications
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
