Job summary
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in administrative and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records, on boarding, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters and contracts
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and records
- Handle basic employee inquiries and provide support
- Assist in payroll preparation and documentation
- Support training and development activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an HND
