As we strengthen our operations across home care, staffing services, facility coordination and community initiatives, we are building a structured internal team to support our next phase of growth.


The Role

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized and dependable HR & Operations Officer to support recruitment, workforce coordination and daily operational activities across our business units.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in structured environments and is confident managing people, processes, and priorities.

You will work directly with the Founder/Managing Director and support operations across:

  • Home care and staffing services
  • Prime Workspace (business facility coordination)
  • Community foundation activities


Applicants must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity and operational responsiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, screening and onboarding of caregivers, drivers, janitorial and administrative staff
  • Maintain accurate staff records and HR documentation
  • Support workforce scheduling and staff coordination
  • Monitor service delivery standards and address operational concerns when necessary
  • Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Provide structured operational updates to management
  • Support administrative and business coordination activities
  • Represent the organization professionally when required

Performance will be measured based on operational efficiency, staff coordination effectiveness and service quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in HR, operations or administrative coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Professional, solution-oriented mindset
  • Must reside within Lekki–Ajah axis

Salary

₦180,000 – ₦220,000 per month (based on experience)
