HR Analyst
Job summary
Carries out extensive research on HR concepts and clients, designs new tools, and provides support to line manager across the four service areas. Drafts project reports, coordinates project activities as requested by supervisor. Works closely with line manager in executing projects.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
- Prepares client pre-engagement documents by researching the client and outlining relevant questions to get a better understanding of the client’s business.
- Draft engagement documents for new projects.
- Develops job descriptions for relevant positions and shares with the line manager for review.
- Identifies creative sourcing platforms for identifying qualified and suitable candidates for job opportunities.
- Shortlist suitable CVs using the ATS – Applicant Tracking System.
- Input project timelines into the project management software for project tracking.
- Tracks and prepares billable hours for projects.
- Develops interview templates for competency-based interviews.
- Proctors assessments and sits in on interviews with consultants for entry and mid-level management roles.
- Provides feedback to candidates and communicates feedback from the assessment process.
- Writes project reports and sends them to the line manager for review.
- Uploads and saves project documents on the company’s repository in the company-approved format.
Learning and Development:
- Collates all training delivery needs to ensure smooth operations by creating training checklist and post-training evaluation forms.
- Provides support to consultants in customizing training modules, manuals, and assessments from courseware.
- Researches and develops quizzes, videos, case studies, and other training aids required by the facilitator to effectively deliver the training program.
- Liaises with vendors to brand and procure training packs for participants.
- Provides support in drafting post-training reports.
Outsourcing:
- HR Strategy and Organizational Design.
- Creates questionnaires for pre-project meetings with prospective clients.
- Develops engagement documents for new projects.
- Researches the client’s needs.
- Designs new HR templates and forms.
- Drafts and collates relevant forms and documents for organizational design projects.
- Drafts and collates relevant forms and documents for outsourcing projects.
- Prepares onboarding documents and drafts engagement documents for employees.
- Maintains and updates personnel records, contracts, and employee database with information as required.
- Works hand in hand with the team to develop content for social media.
- Takes on other tasks as communicated by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related social science courses
- Minimum of a second-class upper degree.
- At least 1 year of post-NYSC experience in human resource.
