Job Summary
We are looking to hire an HR & Admin Officer to oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This individual will be responsible for managing personnel records, data management, policy development, recruitment, payroll, and various other essential HR and administrative functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Support HR digitization and automation initiatives for efficiency (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, e-files).
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve HR systems, employee experience, and service delivery.
- Participate in HR process documentation, workflow automation, and optimization.
- Effectively coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertisement to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Update and maintain employee records in databases
- Coordinate contract renewals, performance appraisals, and employee exit/offboarding procedures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the Facility Management, Real Estate, or Service Industry.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Process automation and optimization proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking and initiative
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
