Are you a passionate HR professional with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry? We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and people-focused HR / Admin Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of human resources and administrative operations in our hotel.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate staff confirmations, promotions disciplinary processes, and exits.
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, shift roasters, and leave administration.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Handle employee relations issues. Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Oversee staff welfare, accommodation, uniforms, and general administration.
- Support performance management and appraisal.
- Liaise with third-party vendors, including outsourcing firms, background checks, HMOs, and uniform providers.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi/SPHRi) is an added advantage.
