Job summary
We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards, contributing to an enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas regularly.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
- Follow hotel policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum a High School (S.S.C.E)
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
