Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, restock towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
- Handle cleaning tools and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Maintain laundry and linen rooms in proper order.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work closely with other hotel departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
