Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock room supplies
- Ensure all assigned areas are neat, sanitized, and well-arranged
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks efficiently
