House Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and general running of the household.
• Ensure the home is clean, organised, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate and supervise household staff where applicable.
• Manage daily household routines, schedules, and assigned tasks.
• Monitor household supplies, groceries, and other essential items and ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist with meal planning, shopping, and general household errands when required.
• Ensure household items, appliances, and facilities are properly maintained.
• Communicate effectively with the employer regarding household needs, schedules, and any concerns.
• Keep track of household activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, privacy, and professionalism.
• Handle household responsibilities with discretion and respect for the family’s privacy.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving routine household issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager, House Manager, Senior Housekeeper, or in a similar household management role is preferred.
• Must be highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
• Ability to manage multiple household tasks efficiently.
• Must be clean, neat, and presentable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Must be proactive and attentive to household needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the household.
• Must be flexible and willing to assist with different household responsibilities when required.

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 – 110,000
