House Manager
Job summary
We're looking for an experienced House Manager to oversee staff, logistics, finances, and vendors across two residences.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule, and develop household staff across both residences
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, fleet management, and special projects
- Manage household budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Handle bill payments and liaise with estate management bodies
- Coordinate the family's calendar, events, and travel logistics
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a 4/5-star hotel, luxury guest house, or large private estate (mandatory)
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage overlapping schedules and projects without supervision
Remuneration: NGN 600,000
Work Mode:
- On-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Some weekends are required for events.
