Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries and other guest amenities.
- Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or missing property to the supervisor.
- Properly handle and report guests’ lost and found items.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Attend to guests politely and professionally when necessary.
- Follow hotel rules, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail.
- Neat, hardworking, and reliable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous hotel/housekeeping experience is an advantage.
