Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive room sales, banquets, meetings, and F&B revenue by developing new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
- Identify and secure corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE organizers, and companies for long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and assist in pricing & promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure guest requests are executed flawlessly.
- Participate in major hotel events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
