We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding reservations and hotel services.
- Process room bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
