We are seeking a courteous, reliable, and professional Hotel Porter to assist guests with their luggage, provide exceptional customer service, and support the smooth operation of the hotel. The Hotel Porter serves as one of the first points of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist with transporting packages, deliveries, and guest belongings.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and nearby amenities.
- Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor entrances and public areas and report any security or maintenance concerns.
- Support special events and group arrivals/departures as required.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and efficient service at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations is desirable.
