Hotel Partnerships and Supply Manager
Job summary
As we expand our accommodation inventory across Nigeria and Africa, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Hotel Partnerships & Supply Manager to lead hotel acquisition, relationship management, and supply growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Hotel Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new accommodation partners across target markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of hotels, apartments, resorts, and vacation rentals.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, networking events, and field visits.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
- Close partnership deals that align with Guestpadi's growth objectives.
Partner Onboarding:
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process.
- Ensure properties are accurately listed with high-quality content, photos, room details, amenities, and pricing.
- Train hotel partners on platform usage and best practices.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accommodation partners.
- Build long-term relationships with hotel owners and management teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions.
- Resolve operational issues and partner concerns efficiently.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate CRM and partnership records.
- Track acquisition targets, onboarding progress, and partner performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales, business development, travel technology, OTA partnerships, hospitality sales, or account management.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with hotels, OTAs, travel agencies, or hospitality technology companies.
- Existing network within the hospitality industry.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of revenue management and hotel distribution channels.
