- Monitor service quality, costs, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in travel/tourism operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of travel operations and customer service.
