Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to achieve business objectives.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall hotel performance.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND from a reputable polytechnic or university with professional certifications, including certification in hospitality management
- A minimum of 5 years of proven hospitality industry experience in a similar position and an unbroken success track record are compulsory
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Ability to oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, and general hotel operations
- Preferred Gender: Male
- Preferred Age: 35-45 years
