Job summary
The Hotel Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel while developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to increase room occupancy, attract corporate and individual clients, promote the hotel's services, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Source and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.
- Promote hotel rooms, event halls, restaurant services, and other hospitality offerings.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Supervise hotel staff and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, partnerships, and branding activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
