- Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Supervise and manage hotel staff performance and duties
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality are maintained
- Monitor operational efficiency and report to management
- Coordinate staff schedules and workflow
- Maintain proper records of hotel activities and performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
- Perform additional managerial duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Remuneration: NGN100,000
