Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage hotel staff across departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, bookings, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Manage inventory, supplies, maintenance, and other operational needs.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Must have proven experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Must be young, smart, energetic, proactive, and presentable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and front desk procedures.
- Ability to manage staff, handle pressure, and make sound decisions.
- Good organisational, administrative, and financial management skills.
