The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and will ensure exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability while leading a dedicated hospitality team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Drive revenue, control costs, and manage hotel budgets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Develop local partnerships and support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or management.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel management systems and MS Office.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Badagry, Lagos State.
