Hotel Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth service delivery.
  
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate hotel staff across departments.
  
• Ensure excellent guest relations and prompt resolution of complaints.
  
• Monitor revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and hospitality.
  
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management
  
• Drive occupancy, profitability, and overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
  
• A minimum of an HND in hospitality management, hotel management, business administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
  
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to supervise staff, manage daily hotel operations, and maintain high service standards.
  
• Knowledge of hotel administration, budgeting, inventory control, and revenue management.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly Net
