- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial and operational reports.
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service across all areas of the hotel.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
