Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
Staff Supervision:
- Manage, train, and evaluate hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and other operational personnel.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage for all operational areas.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for staff development.
Guest Services:
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and reviews.
- Ensure the hotel environment is welcoming, clean, and in line with guest expectations.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service across all areas of the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and monitor safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Sales and Marketing:
- Assist in promoting hotel services and packages to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional activities and special events.
Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, financial summaries, and staff performance.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with revenue management and budget control.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Location: Ile - Ife
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
