Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strong cooking skills, knowledge of food techniques, and safety.
- Manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks
- Assist in menu development.
- Ensure timely food prep and service.
- Work with the head chef, kitchen assistants, waiters, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in hospitality management or culinary arts (preferable)
- 2-3 years as a cook or station chef.
- Experience in a high-pressure kitchen is a plus.
Location: Garki, Abuja.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 + other juicy perks
