Business Improvement Manager

Responsibilities:

Hotel and Business Acquisition:

• Identify hotels, guest houses, serviced apartments, hospitality businesses, and other relevant businesses within the assigned location.
• Visit hotels and businesses within the assigned area to introduce the company's platform.
• Identify and engage hotel owners, managers, administrators, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Establish professional relationships with business owners and management.
• Explain the purpose, features, usefulness, and benefits of the company's application.
• Generate interest and encourage qualified businesses to register and use the platform.

Hotel Onboarding:

• Guide hotels and businesses through the registration and onboarding process.
• Assist business owners and their staff in setting up their accounts.
• Explain how to use the relevant features of the application.
• Ensure that businesses understand how the application can support their daily operations.
• Follow up with newly onboarded businesses to encourage continued usage.
• Identify difficulties experienced by businesses during onboarding and escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of all businesses contacted, interested, registered, and successfully onboarded.
• Marketing and Promotion of the Application

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a diploma in a related field 
• Ability to identify and approach potential business clients.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into users. Strong relationship-building skills.
