Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality patient care delivery
- Manage staffing rotas
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Lead business development and marketing
- Maintain inventory - Pharmacy, Lab, and other inventories
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: bachelor's degree.
- Background in any one of the following is required: Medical Doctor, Nursing, Pharmacist, Medical Lab scientist or Healthcare Administration. .
- Strong leadership and management skills.
