Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3 tutoring sessions per week for 1 Year 8 and 1 Primary 4 learner.
- Prepare customized lesson plans per child
- Identify learning gaps & implement strategies to improve performance
- Assign age-appropriate practice exercises and review progress
- Support exam/test preparation
- Provide periodic feedback to parents on learning milestones
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related field preferred (Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience with upper primary / junior secondary students
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Sciences
- Excellent communication skills and patience with children
- Engaging, interactive, and structured teaching approach
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
