Job summary
The HMO Desk Officer is the link between the hospital/clinic, the patient, and the health insurance company. You make sure insured patients get treatment without delay, and the facility gets paid correctly.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure every insured patient receives timely care while protecting the facility from revenue loss due to denied or delayed claims.
- Manage the entire HMO workflow: eligibility checks, pre-authorization, claims submission, and payment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an SSCE
