Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinical accuracy and quality assurance across all health programs, laboratories, and school clinic outputs.
- Lead and coordinate occupational health, school health, and corporate screening programs, including field teams and project logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring program alignment and trust.
- Utilize digital tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Asana) for project coordination and reporting, and embrace digital health innovations.
- Travel to project sites across Nigeria as required, while supervising teams and ensuring consistent service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical services, project leadership, or public health program management
- Experience in vaccination campaigns, health education programs, or donor-funded initiatives.
- Proven experience in field programs and preventive health initiatives with sound clinical judgment.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s healthcare and preventive health landscape and ability to lead people effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management apps, plus a willingness to adopt digital healthcare innovations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
