The Head Waiter supervises floor service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, wait staff and kitchen teams while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate waiters/waitresses during service.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Train and guide new service staff
- Monitor staff performance and appearance
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth service flow.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant service experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage busy service periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a restaurant floor team
- Knowledge of service standards and hospitality etiquette.
Location: GRA IKEJA
Remuneration: 120,000
Work Mode:
- Two days off weekly (between Monday and Friday).
- Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Sunday – 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
