Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily academic and administrative activities of the school.
- Supervise teachers and monitor their performance.
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and overall development.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Coordinate staff meetings, school activities, and academic planning.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching and school management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage teaching staff.
- Must be responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 Monthly
