Job summary
We are looking for a commercially aggressive, highly connected, and execution-driven sales professional who can immediately take ownership of customer acquisition, drive conversions, scale visibility, and aggressively grow subscriptions across digital and physical channels.

Responsibilities:
- Execute nationwide subscriber acquisition campaigns
- Build and optimize sales and conversion funnels
- Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives across individuals, SMEs, schools, cooperatives, religious organizations, and corporate institutions
- Lead social media and digital growth campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Build strategic partnerships with HMOs, pharmacies, telecoms, NGOs, employers, and diagnostic centres
- Recruit and manage high-performing field sales and growth teams
- Track and optimize key KPIs including subscriber growth, conversion rates, partnerships, revenue growth, and customer acquisition performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in HealthTech, FinTech, Telecom, Insurance/HMO, FMCGc, or high-growth startups.
- Strong track record in customer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion.
- Proven ability to execute aggressively in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels and social media driven conversions

- Deep understanding of Nigerian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
