Job summary
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the company’s sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and managing the performance of the team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for Management.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate promotional activities and brand awareness campaigns.
- Develop pricing and market penetration strategies.
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Ojodu Berger is required.
