The Head of School provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, staff management, student development, and overall school performance. The role is responsible for maintaining high academic standards, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring compliance with educational policies.

- Provide overall leadership and direction for the school.
- Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans.
- Oversee student discipline, welfare, and safeguarding.
- Manage school operations, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor school performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience in a school setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
