Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or an advanced business qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
- Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred
