Responsibilities:

  • ‎Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • ‎Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • ‎Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • ‎Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.
  • ‎Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • ‎Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
  • ‎Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • ‎Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
  • ‎Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
  • ‎Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth
  • ‎Drive expansion into new territories and retail channels

‎Requirements:

  • ‎Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • ‎MBA or an advanced business qualification is an added advantage
  • ‎Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles
  • ‎Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
  • ‎Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • ‎Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred
