Job summary
We are seeking a driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth for our business software solutions. The role involves driving B2B sales, acquiring enterprise clients, building partnerships, and expanding adoption of our products across industries such as hospitality, education, and agriculture.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing enterprise deals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, software, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of successfully selling business software or IT solutions.
- Experience selling solutions such as hotel management systems, school management software, ERP systems, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Have negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
