Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure goal alignment.
• Partner with the finance team to develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to optimize profitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company’s assets, reputation, and interests.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company externally to enhance its reputation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Drive business development initiatives and oversee client base growth to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure consistent team alignment with the organization’s vision and objectives.

Requirements:

• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:
• 5-7 years of experience in general operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of goal-setting, tracking, and achieving measurable results.
• Experience in the luxury and hospitality industry (e.g., 4-star hotels, restaurants, or similar facilities).
• Strong understanding of medical aesthetics is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
• Experience in human resource management, including team development and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively within an organization.
• Strong business development skills, with a focus on client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience in implementing and managing scalable operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Operational Efficiency: Improvement in processes, cost reductions, and percentage increases in efficiency.

Hours of Work: This is not a standard 9-to-5 role. The COO is expected to demonstrate absolute ownership and meet business needs around the clock.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₦500,000 - ₦750,000
• HMO and Pension Contribution
• 13th Month Pay/Annual Profit Sharing
