This role requires a visionary marketing leader who can position Tingo AI Hub as Africa’s foremost destination for AI innovation, research, and enterprise solutions. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives visibility, adoption, and partnerships for Tingo AI Hub’s ecosystem.
- Define brand architecture and ensure consistent messaging across Tingo AI products — including TingoGPT, Tingo AI Radio, and AI Factory initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new AI products, services, and events.
Brand & Communications
- Build and manage the Tingo AI Hub brand identity across digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Oversee PR, media relations, and corporate communications to position Tingo AI Hub as a thought leader in Africa’s AI and tech ecosystem.
- Drive community engagement through content marketing, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership campaigns.
Growth & Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
- Develop data-driven campaigns to attract developers, startups, enterprises, and investors to the Hub.
- Oversee analytics to measure marketing performance, conversion metrics, and ROI.
Partnerships & Events
- Design and execute strategic events, summits, hackathons, and training programs to strengthen the Tingo AI community.
- Collaborate with universities, tech ecosystems, and corporate partners to expand Tingo AI Hub’s influence.
- Develop co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities with global technology brands.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a world-class marketing team focused on creativity, performance, and impact.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in brand building, tech marketing, or ecosystem development (AI, SaaS, or innovation hubs preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and Africa’s digital future.
