A reputable Insurance Broking Firm in Opebi, Lagos State is seeking to hire an experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead and manage its Information Technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring system security and efficiency, managing IT infrastructure, and others.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity operations.
- Ensure data security, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage core business applications and technology platforms used in insurance broking operations.
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise IT staff, vendors, and external service providers.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide technical advisory support to Executive Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or related certifications) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in IT management, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and enterprise systems.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
