Role Description

This is a VOLUTERRING remote role for the Head of Impact Programs. The Head of Impact Programs will oversee program design, execution, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the United Nations SDG 8 directive. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing implimentstion, developing program strategies, analyzing program metrics, and ensuring programs create measurable social impact. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting on program outcomes, and identifying growth opportunities for expanding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong program management, strategy development, and project planning skills
• Experience with impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with international development frameworks and sustainable development goals
• Proficiency with digital tools for remote collaboration and data management
• Flexibility to work across various time zones and cultural contexts
• Advanced degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or related field preferred
